Delivery of Your Items

The total delivery process, from the moment you place an order to your items' arrival at your doorstep, may take 2-9 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected. You will receive an email that includes your tracking information as soon as your order ships. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Emails About Your Order

After you place an order, you will receive emails containing updates and shipping information.

Below are examples of emails you may receive:

  • Order Confirmation Email confirms that we have received and are processing your order.

  • Order Notification Email contains your order number and product details.

  • Back-order Confirmation Email will be sent if a part of your order was unable to be fulfilled and will contain a revised ship date for items on back-order.

  • Shipment Confirmation Email confirms that your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

  • Important notice about your order Email may be sent for a few different reasons: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, or cancellation of your order. 

  • Return Confirmation Email confirms that your return has been received and processed. Product detail and refund information are also included.

 

CHANGES TO MY ORDER

Can I cancel or change my order I just placed?

 

In an effort to provide excellent shipping timeframes to our customers, unfortunately, our online orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.

 

RETURNS

Returning an item:

Some items may be returned up to 15 days after the delivery date.

Please call 1.800.481.3218 or email us for a Return Authorization Number.


Please send the item(s) as well as a copy of your Invoice back to our return address. Please write your Return Authorization number on the OUTSIDE of the package. Once items are received they will be inspected for any damage and then we will issue you your refund and send a Return Confirmation Email. Return Confirmation Email confirms that your return has been received and processed. Product detail and refund information are also included.

Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you insure your package for the purchase price of the merchandise before sending it back to us. Please note: Postage and insurance costs, as well as your original shipping and handling charges, are nonrefundable.

  • ITEMS ORDERED ONLINE OR BY PHONE CANNOT BE RETURNED IN-STORE.

  • CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

  • ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A 35% RE-STOCKING FEE.

  • PLEASE NOTE ALL ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE  DATE YOU RECEIVE YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER TO RECEIVE ANY TYPE OF REFUND.

  • ITEMS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.

Cancellations

In an effort to provide excellent shipping timeframes to our customers, unfortunately, our online orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed or canceled once submitted. In the rare case that your order is able to be canceled, you will be charged a credit card return processing fee.

 

Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties:

Under certain circumstances, orders or specific items from an order, are canceled by our system for various reasons.

If your order or items ordered are canceled, please expect an email from us, which will include a detailed explanation. You will not be billed for any canceled items. If you would like additional details about why an order or specific items may have been canceled, please email us.
Changing or Canceling Your Order

After you have placed your order, your order begins to process and we are unable to make any modifications to your order.

If an item on your order has been moved to a back-order status and you would like to make changes, please call us directly at 1-800-481-3218.

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the following states: NY
We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards. Items paid for with Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards will be taxed if shipped to addresses in the states listed above.
Shipping and handling is a taxable service.
