RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returning an item:

Some items may be returned up to 15 days after delivery date.

Please call 1.800.481.3218 or email us for a Return Authorization Number.

Please send the item(s) as well as a copy of your Invoice back to our return address. Please write your Return Authorization number on the OUTSIDE of the package. Once items are received they will be inspected for any damage and then we will issue you your refund and send a Return Confirmation Email. Return Confirmation Email confirms that your return has been received and processed. Product detail and refund information are also included.

Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you insure your package for the purchase price of the merchandise before sending it back to us. Please note: Postage and insurance costs, as well your original shipping and handling charges, are not refundable.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A 30% RE-STOCKING FEE.
ITEMS ORDERED ONLINE CANNOT BE RETURNED IN-STORE.
PLEASE NOTE ALL ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DATE YOUR RECEIVE YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER TO RECEIVE ANY TYPE OF REFUND.
ITEMS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER.
